What we build
Nine systems. Built into one thing you own.
We don't sell these as a product. We build them — the ones you need — into a single system shaped around one business, with one login, one customer record, and one set of numbers everybody agrees on.
Nobody takes all nine. Every build starts with the systems the business actually runs on today; the rest are already designed to slot in when you're ready, which is why there's nothing to integrate later.
What we build
Nine systems we build. One system you own.
These are the systems we build into a client's custom build — not a product line you pick from a shelf. You start with the ones your business actually runs on. Because they're built together, the chatbot knows the stock, the CRM knows the booking, and the score knows both.
Nothing to integrate, because nothing is separate.
A customer messages your Facebook page at midnight. The chatbot answers from your real catalogue, takes the booking, and the booking lands on that customer's profile in the CRM — the same profile that shows what they bought at the counter last month. Nobody typed anything.
Someone buys online while someone else buys the last one in the shop. One inventory, so the second sale doesn't happen.
Every one of those events feeds the same scorecard, so performance is measured on the numbers the work actually produced.
Questions people ask
- Can this really replace the tools we pay for now?
- For most businesses, yes — and it usually replaces several at once. If you're running something highly specialised with deep third-party integrations, tell us what you use and we'll give you an honest answer before you spend anything.
- Who hosts it, and where does our data live?
- Your choice — your own servers or ours. Either way the data belongs to you and leaves with you.
- Do we have to take all nine systems?
- No. Start with what you need. The rest are already there when you're ready — no new vendor, no new integration project.
- What if we outgrow it?
- You own the code and the data. There's no plan tier to jump to and no ceiling to hit.
