How pricing works
You buy it once.
We can't put a number on this page, because the honest one depends on which systems you need and what you already have. Here's exactly how we arrive at it.
A system we build for you
One-time investment.
- You pay to have it built, once
- No per-seat charge as your team grows
- You own the code and the data on delivery
- You choose whether it runs on your servers or ours
- Support is a service you buy, not a condition of keeping access
A custom build
Fixed price or retainer.
- Fixed price for well-scoped projects
- Monthly retainer where the scope will keep moving
- Standalone strategy and architecture work if you only need the thinking
- We recommend the model in the first call, not after
And the two products? Bechakena and ProbahiCraft Agents are things we'll host and run, so they'll be priced monthly rather than once. We haven't published those numbers, because neither product is open to customers yet. See our products →
How we get to a number
01
What you run now
Tell us what you're using today and how your team relies on it.
02
What you'd replace
We map that against the systems we build, honestly — not everything needs replacing.
03
What we'd build first
We scope the systems that matter most, not all nine at once.
04
A written quote you can compare
A real figure, not a range — set against what you're already paying.
Frequently asked questions
- Why isn't there a price on this page?
- Because the honest number depends on which of the nine systems you need and what you're already running. We'd rather scope it and give you a real figure than post one that turns out to be wrong.
- Who hosts it, and where does our data live?
- Your choice — your own servers or ours. Either way the data belongs to you and leaves with you.
- Do we have to take all nine systems?
- No. Start with what you need. The rest are already there when you're ready — no new vendor, no new integration project.
- What if we outgrow it?
- You own the code and the data. There's no plan tier to jump to and no ceiling to hit.
- Do you work on fixed price or time & materials?
- Both. Smaller, well-defined projects work well as fixed-price. For ongoing work or evolving scope, we use a monthly retainer model. We'll recommend the right fit for your project.
