The argument
Everyone else rents you software. We hand you the keys.
This page is one idea, argued properly. If you only read the first section, read that one.
One thing this argument doesn't cover: our own two products. Bechakena and ProbahiCraft Agents are things we host and run, so they're paid for monthly, like any hosted product. This page is about the systems we build for a client — those, you own outright. We'd rather draw the line ourselves than have you find it.
The shape of rented software
Rented software has a shape, and it's the same everywhere. You pay per person, per month, forever. Hire five people and the bill goes up before any of them has earned anything. Add a second tool because the first one doesn't do bookings, and now you're paying two bills for one business. Stop paying, and you stop having a business system.
None of that is anybody being unfair. It's just what a subscription is built to do.
What owning actually means
You own the code.
It's yours on delivery. Not escrowed, not licensed back to you month by month.
You own the data.
Your customers, orders, stock and history. It belongs to you and it leaves with you.
You choose where it lives.
Your servers or ours. That's a decision, not a plan tier.
There's no ceiling.
No seat limit to hit, no tier to jump to, no feature held back for a bigger plan.
One system, not nine subscriptions
The reason this works is that we build the systems together instead of buying nine and wiring them up. The chatbot reads the same stock the counter sells from. The CRM already has the booking. The performance score is built from what actually happened, not from what someone typed into a spreadsheet afterwards.
There is nothing to integrate, because nothing is separate.
What we're not going to tell you
We could put a savings calculator on this page. We haven't, because we haven't built one yet that we'd trust, and a number we can't stand behind is worse than no number.
So here's the offer instead. Tell us what you're paying for now and what each of those tools actually does for you. We'll tell you honestly which ones a system like this replaces, which ones it doesn't, and whether it's worth your money. If the answer is no, we'll say so before you spend anything.
Questions people ask
- Can this really replace the tools we pay for now?
- For most businesses, yes — and it usually replaces several at once. If you're running something highly specialised with deep third-party integrations, tell us what you use and we'll give you an honest answer before you spend anything.
- Who hosts it, and where does our data live?
- Your choice — your own servers or ours. Either way the data belongs to you and leaves with you.
- Do we have to take all nine systems?
- No. Start with what you need. The rest are already there when you're ready — no new vendor, no new integration project.
- What if we outgrow it?
- You own the code and the data. There's no plan tier to jump to and no ceiling to hit.
