What we set out to solve
OnePrint's legacy Shopify theme couldn't handle their catalog of 50,000+ customizable SKUs and was causing 3-second load times, a 60% cart abandonment rate, and zero flexibility for custom fulfillment logic.

How we thought about it
We decoupled the frontend from Shopify using the Storefront API, built a custom Next.js storefront with ISR for product pages, and designed a fulfillment routing engine that dispatches orders to the right print vendor based on capacity and geography.
